MITRE AADAPT crosswalk
NRDAX is the registry for the network-boundary and node-resource attack class; MITRE AADAPT covers the economic, consensus, and smart-contract layer. Where a technique overlaps AADAPT, NRDAX records the mapping so it is legible from either side. Most of NRDAX is node-level primitives AADAPT does not model, so only the techniques below map.
12 AADAPT techniques · 22 NRDAX techniques mapped (11 in scope · 11 tombstoned · 0 reproduced)
Built against MITRE AADAPT cd6a74ca (retrieved 2025-10-31). AADAPT has no reliable content version, so the crosswalk is pinned to that immutable commit.

Classification is by mechanism, so an AADAPT parent can be out of scope while a child is in scope. ADT3016 (Generate Counterfeit Tokens) is ceded along with its token-supply technique, while its child ADT3016.001 (Cryptographic Protocol Analysis) is retained for three in-scope crypto techniques - a different mechanism, a different scope.
Tombstoned techniques are out of NRDAX's scope, ceded to AADAPT; in-scope techniques remain in NRDAX. Neither is reproduced: the AADAPT overlap is unreproduced ground. Every NRDAX id is permanent and resolvable.
